Get the AI assistant of a conversation's inbox

GET
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/conversations/:id/inbox_assistant

Which Assistant assistant answers on this conversation's inbox, if any. Just the id and name — enough for the thread to say who is replying.

Answers 200 with assistant: null when the inbox has none; it is not an error.
