Mute a conversation

POST 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/conversations/:id/mute

This blocks the contact, not just this conversation. Muting sets blocked on the contact behind it, so every conversation with that person falls silent — including the ones on other inboxes — and messages they send stop arriving.

It also resolves this conversation and writes an activity message into it, so the thread records that it happened.

A conversation with no contact is left untouched and still answers 200.

Undo with POST /conversations/{id}/unmute, which clears the block.
