GET 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/conversations/search

Same finder as the conversation list, driven by q.

The envelope differs from the list. This answers with meta and payload at the top level, where GET /conversations wraps both inside data. The counts here are also narrower — mine_count, unassigned_count and all_count, without the list's assigned_count and ia_count.
