Email a conversation transcript
POST/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/conversations/:id/transcript
Sends the whole conversation to an address as an email. Queued, so a 200 means it was accepted for delivery, not that it arrived.
Three gates, each with its own response: the address is required, the account's plan has to include email transcripts, and the account's own email rate limit has to have room. A send that goes through counts against that limit.
