List what a company deletion would take with it

GET 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/crm_organizations/:id/dependencies

Deals and contacts of the company, with their counts, so the delete can be decided with the numbers in hand.

Both are optional: neither goes unless named in the delete's cascade, and neither is orphaned by being left behind — a deal or a contact without a company is an ordinary record. Only dependencies that actually have rows are listed, so an empty array means there is nothing to warn about.
