Companies dashboard

/api/v2/accounts/:account_id/dashboards/companies

Company totals, by owner and by segment.

Each page accepts only its own filters — this one reads owner_ids, segments. Anything else in the query string is ignored rather than refused, so one page can never widen another page's scope by borrowing its parameters.

Multi-select filters are repeated parameters; value_min and value_max carry a single value.
