Per-agent service numbers: what each of them handled and how quickly.

Each page accepts only its own filters — this one reads inbox_ids, team_ids, agent_ids, labels, statuses, priorities. Anything else in the query string is ignored rather than refused, so one page can never widen another page's scope by borrowing its parameters.

Multi-select filters are repeated parameters; value_min and value_max carry a single value.
