List a deal's activity

GET 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/deals/:deal_id/activities

Everything that happened to the deal, newest first, 100 per page. Most entries are written by the system as the deal moves; only note_added comes from a person.

What each entry carries in metadata depends on its activity_type — a stage change names the stages, a note carries its body.
