Delete a pipeline

DELETE 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/deal_pipelines/:id

Deletes a pipeline and its stages.

Any deal still in the pipeline is deleted with it. To keep them, pass target_pipeline_id and they are moved to that pipeline first. stage_mapping then says which stage each one lands in; a deal whose stage is not mapped — or is mapped to a stage the target does not have — falls back to the target's entry stage, or to its first stage when it has none.
