Create a deal

/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/deals

Creates a deal in a pipeline stage.

A deal always belongs to at least one contact: a request without contact_ids is rejected. products and services are optional, and when present they replace the line items wholesale and recompute recurrence_price, one_time_price and total_price — the request never sets those directly.
