Delete a deal
DELETE/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/deals/:id
Deletes a deal and everything it owns outright — its activity trail goes with it either way.
Anything the deletion endpoint reports as optional survives unless you name
it in cascade. Call GET /deals/{id}/dependencies first if you want the
counts before deciding.
