List deals
GET/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/deals
Lists the deals of the account, newest position first, filtered by any combination of the parameters below.
An agent only ever sees the pipelines they have access to; an administrator
sees every one. meta.summary totals each stage across the whole filtered
set, so a client holding a single page can still draw the funnel.
