Get your Google calendar connection

GET 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/google_calendar/connection

The calling member's own connection — which calendars feed the view, which is primary, and whether it is shared with the team.

Reading it also kicks off a background refresh, so the next read is current without this one waiting on Google.

A member who has not connected gets an empty response rather than a 404.
