Get a WhatsApp Cloud inbox's health

What Meta reports about the number behind the inbox: quality rating, messaging limit and verification state — the things that decide whether sends go through.

WhatsApp Cloud channels only; other channels answer 400. Reads from Meta, so it is a live call rather than a stored value.
