Start the Instagram authorization

/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/instagram/authorization

Starts the Instagram business login. Connecting a new channel is gated by the plan — an account without channel_instagram is refused here, though an inbox already open keeps working.

Administrators only. Anyone else is refused.

Nothing is connected by this call — it only produces the link. The channel appears once the user finishes at the provider and it calls back.
