Link an existing Linear issue to a conversation
POST/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/integrations/linear/link_issue
Attaches an issue that already exists, adding the conversation's URL to it in Linear, and writes an activity message into the thread.
Every call here goes out to Linear. When Linear refuses, the reason comes back as a 422 with its message rather than being swallowed.
