Search Linear issues

/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/integrations/linear/search_issue

Finds an issue to link. The search term is required — an empty one answers 422 rather than listing the workspace.

Every call here goes out to Linear. When Linear refuses, the reason comes back as a 422 with its message rather than being swallowed.
