/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/macros

Saved sequences of actions an agent can run on a conversation in one click.

Scoped by visibility: a personal macro is only listed for whoever made it, a global one for everybody.

Reading is not gated by the plan — the rest of the product renders macros regardless. Only creating, editing and deleting need the macros feature.
