Start the Microsoft authorization
POST/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/microsoft/authorization
Starts the Microsoft consent flow, used to connect an Outlook mailbox as an email channel.
Administrators only. Anyone else is refused.
Nothing is connected by this call — it only produces the link. The channel appears once the user finishes at the provider and it calls back.
