Save the onboarding answers

Records what the account said about itself while setting up — industry, size, timezone, how they found the product.

Finishing the details step clears the step marker and stamps when onboarding was completed. The stamp matters: once the step marker is gone there is nothing left to tell "finished" from "never started", and the checkout reads that difference to decide whether a new customer should be sent through onboarding after paying.
