List the plans on offer

GET 
/api/v1/public_checkout/plans

The published price table, the same list the checkout renders. A landing page can use it to draw its own pricing section without hardcoding names or prices.

No API key: the price table is public.

annual is present only when the plan has a yearly counterpart that can actually be charged, which is the same rule the checkout uses to decide whether to offer the Monthly/Yearly switch at all.
