List task types

GET 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/task_types

The kinds of task the account works with, as a bare array in creation order. Every account is seeded with a default set — follow-up, call, email, WhatsApp, meeting, to-do and support — which can be renamed, restyled or removed.
