List what a task deletion would take with it

GET 
/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/tasks/:id/dependencies

Same contract as the deal and company versions, so a delete dialog can ask the question the same way whatever it is deleting.

A task has no dependencies registered today, so this always answers with an empty list. Deleting one takes nothing else with it.
