Attach a recording to a WhatsApp call
POST/api/v1/accounts/:account_id/whatsapp_calls/:id/upload_recording
Attaches the recorded audio to the call's message, so it can be played back from the conversation.
Idempotent. A call whose message already carries audio is left alone and
the response says already_uploaded — a retry after a dropped connection
cannot produce two copies.
